I mean, I really love Tex and all, but somehow I start almost hating her because she's destroying Carolina's life.
Just why? Why can't there be two cool girls getting along? Why do they have to be rivals?
That's just not fair. )=
I feel bad for Carolina, but I think her character would become boring after a while if she didn't have this new conflict with Tex. It's good for story, if not so good for the metal health of the character.
Haha, I know, right? But Tex is infringing on Carolina's very sense of identity. That's not something people are ever okay with. At least in my experience...
I'm holding out for the one glorious fightscene where they have to actually work together in an 'enemy of my enemy is my friend' situation. That'd be somethin' to see.
Both are badasses who can fight like the devil, but where Carolina kept her trust, her sense for moral and something like naivety, Tex is just bitter and just doesn't care anymore to please anyone but herself (and maybe the director).
At least thet's how I tend to see it...
You're right on that one - and I guess a fight like that would be awesome too because I bet even if working together they still wouldn't stop trying to scratch each others eyes out.
I often wonder what Season 9 Tex thinks of the Director. Does she know what she is to him? Does she care? They're leaving this all very unexplained and I don't like it XD;
Yes. Or once the fight stops and they've won, they go back to hating each other, but with a newfound respect?
And that is a scenarion I quite like. A respectful hate would fit those two much better than pure hate. Man, they would be so epic together...
